Client Profile Hastings has been retained by a long established and well-known hospitality group with a sprawling portfolio of hotels, restaurants, pubs and bars across greater Sydney.
With plans for ongoing growth, they are looking to engage an experienced Human Resources professional.Job Description This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established, innovative and highly successful business.
You will oversee the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.
Your proven experience and passion for Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Support and Succession Planning will ensure your success.Responsibilities will include:Managing employment change initiatives including communicationsProviding practical advice on HR/IR matters across the businessEmployee relations - support leaders to proactively manage workplace issues, grievances and disputesWork with the broader HR team to build and deliver key HR solutions and initiativesTalent management - advising on all aspects of talent management, including succession planning and talent developmentPlanning - reviewing organisational needs to ensure people and development strategies are alignedPreparing and advising on employment contractsEngaging in HR projects more broadly across the groupAssisting HSE department as requiredEnsuring appropriate strategies are in place to support a workplace that promotes health, safety and well-beingCandidate ProfileTo be considered for this role you will have:Minimum of 5 years' experience with proven HR skillsAbility to coach, develop and influenceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood project management skills with the ability to support organisational changeSound Industrial Relations/Employee Relations knowledge and experienceAbility to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a highly operational team environmentDegree or equivalent in HR, IR or a related fieldOffer This role is offering a competitive remuneration package based on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
