The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the team at Wales Bus Repairs.
This role will see you perform a variety of tasks, including:
Creation of estimates for damaged heavy vehicles using IBodyshop.
Consulting and updating customers on the progress of their claim and repairs status.
Utilizing and learning Electronic Part Catalogues for manufacturers.
This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities to grow your career within our great team.

Role Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.
Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as needed.
Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner.
Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
Handing over completed repairs to customers.
