What role will you play?
As a Manager in the Risk Culture Team, you will think critically about patterns of human behaviour and culture, and apply that understanding to the effective management of risk.
This will involve the generation, interpretation and monitoring of behavioural insights, design and implementation of actions to strengthen risk culture and review and reporting of progress to Senior Management.
What you offer Experience with behavioural and/or cultural reviews, including leading interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative insights.
Practical experience with survey design, build and analysis, including using tools such as Qualtrics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate nuanced concepts and findings to different audiences.
Sound project management skills to ensure adequate scoping and timely delivery of initiatives, effective prioritisation and management of stakeholder expectations.
Relevant qualifications in Organisational or Social Psychology, Behavioural Science, Behavioural Economics or a related discipline.
Prior experience within financial services or financial services regulation is not essential, but beneficial.
Experience in management consultancy, legal, risk management, audit or human resources is not essential, but beneficial.

About the Risk Management Group Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.
We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow.
Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
