The Opportunity: We are seeking individuals with proven experience working on delay analysis in the construction industry.
Ideally, you will have experience writing expert reports for adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation.
We are growing our team across Australia and are open to you being based in either Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth.

Skills and Experience: Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience: Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.
Extensive experience working as a delay expert and/or a lead assistant in the infrastructure sector.
Experience being appointed as an Expert Witness and ideally cross examined.
Strong skills using relevant software tools, which could include but is not limited to the following: Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
