Working in an Azure and AWS cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, you will be taking ownership of assigned projects while collaborating effectively with internal staff and external vendors, providing technical expertise and leadership for BAU and projects.

Reporting to the Head of IT you will: Lead and guide a technical team across projects and development to provide technical expertise and leadership for ongoing projects.
Manage external vendor relationships and liaise with their offshore development teams.
Deep understanding of software development frameworks and architecture with a proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g.
PHP, Java Script, Python).
Familiar with front-end and back-end technologies to ensure effective collaboration.
Proven track record managing multiple projects effectively using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
Ability to create and review technical specifications and documents from a system architecture design point of view.
Passion for leading, developing and upskilling an IT team to foster teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and recommending cutting-edge technologies, tools, and methodologies that enhance solution efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a streamlined integration of solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders, turning their requirements into tangible, high-impact technical solutions.
Seek out opportunities for process improvement to ensure continuous innovation across IT.
You..... To be successful in this role as a Development Lead you will have: Hands-on experience with diverse programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
Proficient in translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
