We offer an array of premium fitness and wellness services meticulously tailored to meet the diverse needs of our valued members.Your Precinct currently has a casual Sales and Reception position available.
In this role, you'll be surrounded by diverse wellness facilities, including STRONG Pilates, Chang3 24/7 Gym and Group Fitness, Strong Recovery, and our very own Cafe.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guestsManage client bookings and enquiriesCall new membership enquiriesMaintain clinic cleanliness and maintenanceLead GenerationAdmin duties such as responding to emails and callsWe are looking for someone with:Exceptional customer service skills and experience (essential)Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment (essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)Passion for wellness and a desire to contribute to a holistic wellness experience (essential)This is a casual position, with flexible shifts available.
There is the opportunity for this position to become a permanent role for the right person.
