Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector - Architecture, Planning & Compliance ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This reputable Sydney local council, based in the Eastern Suburbs, is currently seeking an A2/A3 Accredited Senior Building Surveyor to assist their team with the delivery of multiple projects.
The role offers an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension.
In this position, you will be required to work in the office 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
DUTIES.
Conduct buildings and swimming pools inspections Evaluate and determine CDCs, OCs, CCs, and BICs Provide internal and external specialist building advice Inspect existing buildings in relation to fire safety and prepare fire safety orders SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
A registered Building Surveyor with NSW Fair Trading Qualifications in Building Surveying (or related) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Working knowledge of the EPA and BCA CULTURE.
