We're looking for a seasoned Account Executive to establish the groundwork for a high-performing sales team.
This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to a fast-growing company on a mission to modernise electricity systems and promote global sustainability.

What You'll Do Build the processes for lead qualification, pipeline management, and progress tracking.
Develop playbooks and resources to support future team growth.
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key utility customers.
Manage the full sales cycle, securing deals valued between $300K and $3M AUD.
Take charge of the current pipeline, drive lead generation, and work to increase customer acquisition.
Partner with product, customer success, and engineering teams to align on customer needs and share insights.
Lead impactful client presentations, showcase the platform's value, and negotiate contracts with senior executives.
Use customer feedback to help refine products and guide market approaches.
What We're Looking For Over 4 years' experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets, particularly in managing complex deals Experience in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, or government is a strong plus.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
Comfortable developing processes and strategies in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
