At our Dandenong South site, we make, test and distribute many prescription and over the counter products.
We are currently recruiting for a Production Associate to join our Liquids team based at Dandenong.
This is a full-time, permanent role. Reporting to the Liquids Production Supervisor, the Production Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the support system requirements for production are completed in line with internal compliance and regulatory requirements.
The Production Associate is expected to:
Liaise with production staff to ensure all batch documentation requirements (paper based or electronic) are closed out in a timely manner, utilizing SAP as required.Assist in executing Production QA requirements, including deviations, CAPA, training, and document update reviews, as directed by the Liquids Leadership team.Prepare deviation reports and carry out relevant investigations in consultation with the Production team.Implement and follow-up on corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues identified.Utilize their experience to identify opportunities for improvement within their role and production support systems, and offer innovations to reduce lost time in these areas whilst maintaining compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.Provide any additional support to achieve the Production Plan as directed by the Liquids Leadership team, which may include taking on more responsibilities during staff absences.Our ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified in Science or Engineering and possess some experience in a Production Environment.
Significant relevant experience in a Production environment may be considered in the absence of a tertiary qualification.
You must have highly developed planning and organizational skills, excellent communication, report writing skills and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP and EtQ).
You will have an eye for detail, be able to take initiative to prioritize effectively and work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
