Investment Operations Administrator | Melbourne, Au

The Investment Operations Administrator plays a key role within the Middle Office Investments team, which exists to support Cbus Super's strategic goal of further investment internalisation. You will be responsible for supporting internal trading activity, particularly equities, fixed interest, FX, OTC and exchange traded derivatives.
Joining a supportive, collaborative team, you will work on internalisation projects and other optimisation initiatives across the investment portfolio, including building out the equities and fixed income trade matching systems capability, and processes and procedures to support the trade life cycle of instruments including corporate actions.
Please note you will need the following attributes to be considered: Previous experience in a middle office role within custody, a superannuation fund, or investment management company with strong attention to detail;Strong experience with functions and processes associated with equities and fixed income processing including trade matching via Omgeo CTM and an understanding of corporate actions within markets.Sound financial market & product knowledge in investment operations;Able to demonstrate and apply proven knowledge of various middle office tasks, custodian roles, investment implementation work and investment operations functions.
