Let's talk about the team Our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team partners with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world.
This is done by delivering digital and marketing transformation solutions that help our clients create personalised experiences for every single customer, from leveraging data for insights and audiences to content management, and delivering those experiences across every touchpoint.
Within our DXP team, we are continually driving customer value by leveraging the power of customer experience digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud Platform and Optimizely Digital Experience Platform.
Our focus areas are: Multi Cloud, Enterprise Integration and Deployment, and Digital Agility.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: We're currently looking for an Adobe Experience Manager Lead to join our rapidly expanding DXP practice.
Key dimensions of the role include:
Working with the Architect to design a solution that optimally utilises Adobe tools and supports clients' use cases, strategy, and industry standards. Defining system strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing. Breaking down customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to customer priorities, industry best practices, and technology prerequisites & dependencies. Aligning roadmap phases to executable use cases. Engaging periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features / provide guidance to customers on those features and benefits. What we're looking for in you… 6+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) projects. 4+ years of relevant Development experience in Adobe CQ5/AEM. Knowledge of Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics integration is a plus. Strong understanding of Adobe Core Components, Services, ACLs, and User Management. Experience in creating custom AEM Templates, Components, Workflows & Services. Good understanding of JEE and OSGi stacks. Knowledge of AEM MSM, Content / Experience Fragments, and Assets is preferred. Experience in following Agile development practices. Excellent Analytical and Communication skills.
