About Goodstart South Nowra: Goodstart South Nowra is an inspiring and vibrant early childhood centre that has been nurturing young minds since 2006.
Conveniently located near the CBD and surrounded by primary and high schools, our centre is the perfect place for passionate educators to thrive.

Full-Time Commitment: 40 hours per week with a monthly Rostered Day Off Dynamic Work Schedule: A rotating roster designed to enhance work-life balance Preschool Room Leadership: Join one of our two preschool rooms, engaging with 20 children daily Dedicated Programming Time: Enjoy 3-4 hours a week specifically for programming Collaborative Planning Space: Access to a separate staff planning room for creative brainstorming Opening Hours: Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm Local Amenities: Just 800 meters from a shopping centre featuring a bakery, gym, and take-away options Accessibility: Close to public transport with ample off-road parking available What Goodstart can offer you: Competitive pay - you'll get paid well above award and receive a package comparable to state primary school teachers (our Graduate Teacher starting salary is $80,000).
