Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)
AHP Healthcare is Seeking an experienced Service Manager or Facilities Manager for one of our leading aged care clients in South Australia The Opportunity: As the Residential Services Manager, you will lead the delivery of person-centred care and be accountable for the overall quality, financial, and operational performance of the facility.
This role is responsible for ensuring the development and delivery of high-quality services that meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.
You'll provide effective management and leadership, helping to build a strong team culture while continuously improving resident outcomes.What You'll Do: Ensure the provision of high-quality resident services, aligning with the organisation's mission and principles of care, and optimise residents' quality of life, choice, and independenceLead the ongoing evaluation and improvement of service provision, systems, and processes to deliver resident-focused outcomesProvide strong leadership to direct reports and the wider workforce, including performance management, succession planning, and team developmentEstablish a positive workforce culture based on organisational values, focusing on achieving optimal consumer outcomesWhat You'll Bring: Formal qualifications in health, aged care, or a management-related discipline, or equivalent business experienceExtensive experience in delivering person-centred services in a health or aged care settingProven leadership and management experience in a complex environment, with the ability to build and develop strong operational teamsHigh-level communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholdersExperience leading teams through changeDemonstrated ability to achieve financial outcomes, including budgeting, financial analysis, and income maximisationExperience in managing compliance, quality, and risk within the aged or health care sectorsA valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to obtain oneBenefits + Culture: Be part of a warm, friendly team that genuinely cares about your wellbeingMaximise your take-home pay with salary packaging up to $15,899 annuallyEnjoy an additional $2,650 tax-free per year with our Meal and Entertainment Card17.5% leave loadingDiscounted private health insurance and access to our Employee Assistance ProgramFitness Passport Program offering discounted gym memberships for you and your familyAccess to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Email: Your application will include the following questions:
