Our tech combined with our delivery model lets our customers deploy vector search that is relevant, reliable and cost efficient within minutes, not months.We're backed by Blackbird Ventures, January Capital and the founders of Cohere.ai and have raised a total of $18 million in funding and working with some of the most innovative ecommerce customers.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love.
You will join a dynamic, high performing environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
As part of this role you'll be involved in:Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve the customer experienceCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesScope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impactMeeting customers to solicit feedback on company products and servicesWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-marketDevelop product pricing and positioning strategiesAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understandingDrive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team membersEvaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyedRequirementsTechnical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.Analytical - able to iteratively hypothesise and gather data for validation.Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.What you would getA collaborative, open, idea-heavy culture.Competitive compensation, including equity.The chance to build a high growth company from the ground up.The ability to contribute to, and learn from, a growing startup.Flexibility of work hours.Close collaboration with top machine learning scientists and software engineersMarqo is an equal opportunity employer and we champion diversity.
