They are looking for a Senior / Lead Frontend Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their digital offerings.

Position Overview: As a Senior / Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the architectural design and development of new digital platforms, including the Quote and Buy and Customer Service Portal capabilities.
In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications that meet the evolving needs of both customers and internal stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation and enhancement of digital products that will impact the future of the insurance technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop frontend solutions for the Quote and Buy and Customer Service Portal products.
Collaborate with Digital Platform Leads, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to define priorities and deliver high-quality, scalable digital applications.
Build and maintain web-based applications using React , JavaScript , and related frontend technologies.
Develop reusable, efficient components that integrate seamlessly with backend services.
Work with UI/UX teams to create user-friendly, responsive, and performant interfaces.
Integrate with various APIs using GraphQL and other technologies for effective data fetching and integration.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across all digital applications.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, implementing them into development processes.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering growth and development within the team.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or Lead Frontend Engineer, with significant involvement in architectural decision-making.
Expertise in React and JavaScript , with a deep understanding of their ecosystems and related tools.
Experience with component libraries and developing reusable, modular code.
Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and integrating AI-driven content solutions.
Strong knowledge of API integration , including working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL .
Familiarity with frontend build tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of web development best practices, including responsiveness, accessibility, and performance optimization.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
