What you'll do Reporting to the Head of BI & Data, you will guide decision-making and investment priorities for Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics (BIDA) and the evolution of the agreed future-state architecture.
You will lead the planning and delivery of solutions to ensure the effective delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects for the provision of world class data architecture to make us fit for the future in a constantly changing world.You will drive implementation of data frameworks and delivering of data , data science and location services, business intelligence and analytics, data governance, data profiling and data quality management.You will be an expert in data architecture and architect solutions for business intelligence, data management and data exploration to scale data capabilities for ingestion and transformation with big data volumes and at real-time speed to add value to the business, ensuring data and intelligence is of the highest quality on a global scale.
What you'll bring Extensive experience in technology architecture and experience as a senior data architect focused on complex and multiple platforms, advising on a diverse set of strategic and operational issues.
High level expertise in leading data governance frameworks and big data solutions Experience working with industry standards, regulations and guidelines in data and privacy.
Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of a large, complex program of work.
A strong background in the deployment of Information and process systems and change programmes to underpin business strategy in large companies.
