Student Support Services Psychologist

This position is full time ongoing and is based in Fitzroy.
An exciting opportunity exists for a psychologist to join the Department of Education's Student Support Services (SSS) workforce, North Eastern Melbourne Area.
In this role you will provide high-level professional advice to schools that strongly influences student learning outcomes and wellbeing policies within a school community, and the wider Area.
SSS staff do vital work in supporting students' health and wellbeing and are critical to building an excellent education system that reduces the impact of disadvantage.
If you are passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential, and like working in a collaborative multidisciplinary team - then a role in the Student Support Services is the job for you.

SSS comprise a broad range of Allied Health professions including psychologists, speech pathologists, social workers.

Required: * A graduate or post-graduate degree in Psychology and * Full registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) and * Current Australian Drivers' Licence and * Working with Children Check.
