Liability Claims Specialist

One focuses primarily on Injury Liability, whilst the other manages a portfolio of Property Liability claims.Along with overseeing the end-to-end process of your claims portfolio, based on your experience, you may also be responsible for handling complex matters and/or providing guidance to less experienced team members.Responsibilities: Oversee the full management of a Liability claims portfolio, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting clear communication and efficient service delivery.Promote continuous improvement by keeping up to date with legislative changes and industry advancements.Manage high-risk claims, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and effective risk mitigation.Provide guidance and training to team members, helping to enhance their technical skills and foster their professional development (for highly experienced liability claims specialists).Skills & Experience:Extensive liability claims experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Technical proficiency and sound knowledge of liability claims legislation.Benefits:This organisation provides industry-leading employee benefits, including generous leave entitlements, discounts on insurance and other products, paid volunteer leave, and a strong commitment to continuous career development.They remain ahead of the curve in offering employee-friendly perks compared to their competitors, ensuring you'll always enjoy top-tier benefits as your career advances and the industry evolves.If you would like to apply to this role, please do so via this webpage.
