Working collaboratively in a team, a day in the centre could see you:
Warmly greet and welcome our donorsProvide donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperworkPrepare food and beverages for donors and replenish the self-service buffet barMonitor donors post-donation and assist them in rebooking for their next donationOur flexible self-paced paid training program balances on-the-job practice with online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported. Besides having a real passion to deliver an amazing donor experience, you'll need to be able to:
Occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgsFrequent sitting, bending, and reaching to restock supplies in the kitchenBe flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Saturday/SundayThrive in a diverse culture that cares for your wellbeing We're a diverse and inclusive bunch.
