Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.
The Role Join the Kieser Werribee team as a Client Advisor, a role committed to welcoming our clients with enthusiasm and care.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diaryPromoting Kieser's products and servicesConducting membership consultsProviding administrative support to the leadership and clinical teamAnswering questions and resolving problems for clients and team membersConsistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsIdeal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
Attention to detail and superior computer and IT skills are beneficial.

This is a part-time role (up to 30 hours per week with the view to move to full-time).
Shift times are scheduled Monday - Friday between 7.30am-7pm and Saturdays between 7am-3pm.
Qualifications & Certifications Required:
