We are developing menus with more complexity and we are investing in redesigning our kitchens and putting in extra resources to make it work.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef at Raelene Boyle Retirement Village in Aberfeldie.
This is a Part-time position working Monday to Friday 0700-1500.
This role will be mainly preparing and cooking for our onsite Pioneer café.
In this role you will:
Ensure nutritious, high quality, well prepared, well presented and enjoyable food is provided to our residentsPrepare specialty food for fine dining evenings and village functionsAdhere to all practices relating to food hygiene, preparation, storage and disposalWork closely with, and support your team and colleaguesAbout You To thrive in our environment you will have:
Certificate in Commercial Cookery, Diploma in Hospitality Management (Commercial Cookery) or international equivalentProven experience as a Chef, leading a team and running a kitchenA reliable, friendly and professional mannerAbout Ryman Welcome to Ryman
