Our high-performing team of passionate and talented individuals works collaboratively to deliver great outcomes for our clients.The roleAs part of a team of experienced aged care professionals, your role will involve you visiting aged care facilities to assess residents using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) assessment tool. This position will be located in or close to Hervey Bay or Maryborough and will undertake AN-ACC assessments at residential aged care homes across the Wide Bay aged care planning region (ACPR) on behalf of the Department of Health and Aged Care. These visits require travel within the Wide Bay ACPR with the potential for overnight stays for more remote facilities.Comprehensive training and support will be provided (no prior knowledge of the AN-ACC assessment tool is required). Applicants who have been trained as AN-ACC assessors or currently work as AN-ACC assessors will be considered favourably.On offer:Highly attractive salary - $104,550 salary p.a. + 11.5% super (FTE)Permanent PT position (0.6 FTE)Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pmFull training provided in the use and application of the new assessment toolAll technical equipment including laptop and phoneReimbursement of travel expensesRequired:5+ years of experience as a RN, Physio or OT in the aged care sectorCurrent, general, unrestricted AHPRA registrationValid driver's license and reliable carFlexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing environment or circumstancesWillingness to travel to regional/remote facilitiesAble to work unsupervised within a diverse and widely located teamMeet all Department of Health and Aged Care Vaccination requirementsIf you have the skills and experience and are interested in working with us, then we'd like to hear from you now.To apply please upload your CV and a cover letter outlining how your skills and experience align with the requirements of the role.
