Operational Risk Manager

Seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join an innovative Financial Services firm.
Sydney or Brisbane Based.
$150,000 + bonus.
Hybrid working.
Ideal for experienced risk professional with exposure to BCM/Resilience or CPS230 to drive strategic changeCollaborate with a high-achieving and supportive team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous developmentCan be based in Sydney or Brisbane.
Permanent role, $150,000 + bonusThe RoleJoin this growing insurer as a Risk Manager, a pivotal role within their Line 2 risk team.
Primary responsibilities will be to develop and maintain the operational risk management framework in order to improve the company's approach to operational resilience, business continuity management and CPS230.This role is designed for a proactive, solution-oriented risk expert who has strong risk experience, along with familiarity with CPS230, or an ability to up skill quickly.
