Join a dynamic and growing company that values excellence and innovation in everything we do.The RoleWe're seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at the Condell Park facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, driving product quality, managing a team, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. If you're looking for a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the chance to see the direct impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Plant Operations & Efficiency: Manage plant operations during shifts, ensuring production goals are met in efficiency, quality, waste reduction, and cost control.Product Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Actively participate in audits (HACCP, GMP) to maintain compliance.Employee Management & Development: Lead and develop your team by coaching, training, and supporting multiskilling initiatives. Manage attendance and assist with recruitment.Materials & Scheduling Coordination: Oversee production schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure raw materials are available to meet production demands.Administration & Reporting: Manage employee records, including attendance and payroll adjustments. Maintain up-to-date training and skills matrices.Key Requirements:Experience: At least 5 years in manufacturing, preferably within the beverage or FMCG industries, with experience in production supervision.Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamix, Kronos).
