We have an awesome opportunity for a dynamic Pallet Controller to bring and foster high-performance mindset at our Brooklyn Food Processing Facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking pallets within our cold storage facility, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining efficient pallet flow.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence.
You should have:

Key contact with internal & external customers on pallets & chep accounts
Ensure polices and control procedures are in place to ensure integrity of pallet management
Monitor and control the movement of pallets within the facility
Hiring & de-hiring
Maintain accurate records of pallet inventory
Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse manager
Review and audit operational processes to ensure all pallet movements
Monthly reporting & pallet reconciliation
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Experience with 2IC, MyChep, Loscam or similar systems


You'll be at the forefront of delivering a product you can genuinely be proud of with the ability to purchase selected choice cuts at discounted wholesale prices
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence.
You should have:

Pallet Control experience, preferably 2 years
Knowledge of the logistical and transportation processes
Knowledge of warehouse systems and the accompanying Pallet Systems - 2IC, MYCHEP, Loscam Online
Ability to work in a high-level solution-oriented way and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent time management and communication skills.
