We are looking for a talented and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team.
They are enthusiastic about what they do, someone who wishes to grow their career and is eager to take on new challenges, with a learning mindset.

About the role:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the provision of IT services, with a focus on the quality of our delivery across multiple clients.
You will understand the requirements of your clients, their strategic business objectives, technical requirements, and deadlines.

To be considered for this role you must be passionate about exceeding clients' expectations, not afraid of a solid day's work and happy to tackle new challenges head on

You will be involved in:
Leading a team of technical staff spread across multiple clients and acting as an escalation point to them Delivering against an IT budget Maintaining high customer satisfaction ensuring agreed services are delivered against SLAs Identifying IT projects, including new systems and services Continually reviewing our clients' technology platforms and identifying opportunities for improvements in existing systems or new platforms which will improve the productivity and efficiency of the organisation To thrive in this role, you will need to have:
Ability to partner with key internal and external stakeholders to plan for IT needs and to deliver excellent IT outcomes Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on technical and business issues Proven leadership skills Knowledge of Azure, Office 365, networks, and technical infrastructure IT security, risk, and compliance knowledge You will benefit from:
