Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist Our Occupational Therapy team is small, dedicated and experienced.
You'll be an integral part of that team.
About the Role Work from a strength-based approach - conducting assessments, providing interventions, advocating for clients in alignment with goals, and co-designed strategies for empowerment.We take a hands-on approach to learning, meet our partners who support us in building our clinical capability, participate in personalised 1:1 and group supervision and be supported by the organisation to keep refining your craft.Work to a caseload targeted to where you want to see your skills develop.
It's not all about the billable hours
The work our OT's deliver includes a range of pro bono, grant and recreation-based activity.

The ideal candidate will have:
A willingness to learn, share and growAHPRA RegistrationTertiary qualifications as an Occupational TherapistYou'll have focused support from our Specialist Services Manager, and group supervision.
We work with you to tailor your caseload, focusing on skill development and areas of interest.
The skills you'll build in that area won't just be drawn from your immediate team but from working with and alongside our Peer-Led Services team.
