The safety culture is aimed at getting Everyone Home, Without Harm, Every time.Career opportunity: Transport Operations and Maintenance ManagerRacecourse Projects are growing the on-road transport fleet based in the Mackay Region and have a fantastic opportunity for a Transport Operations and Maintenance Manager to take the lead.The Transport Operations and Maintenance Manager is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the management of Racecourse Projects on-road transport operations, with 9 B-Doubles delivering cane ex farm to rail sidings.Responsibilities include:Scheduling and management of driversRoutine and breakdown maintenanceOversight of all aspects of transport operations across large scale sugar cane operations over two main locationsCreating a strong culture and managing operational outputsMaintenance budget managementDriving a proactive approach to safety, maintenance, and complianceWe offer an excellent salary, a late model fleet of well-maintained equipment, and the opportunity to join a dynamic company.The nature of our industry is that all trucks will be fully utilised from dawn until dusk, 6 months of the year, allowing for work-life balance and a dedicated maintenance programme.About you:Are you an experienced leader/manager in road haulage looking to take the next step in your career?We are seeking a demonstrated leader with experience across transport operations and maintenance, workforce planning, and management.
