We provide legal advice and representation through a network of offices and outreach locations across NSW.About the roleLegal Aid NSW is transforming its approach to talent acquisition We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners to help us build and deliver our new talent model. We are seeking people who are innovative, motivated and looking to make their mark by working with our team to improve the way we deliver our services and make a positive impact to our stakeholders.About youWith your wealth of knowledge and experience in Business Partnering, you will partner with business leaders and convey subject matter expertise on talent acquisition through providing consistent, culturally appropriate, advice and support across the full range of talent acquisition and onboarding.You will be immersed with diverse capabilities across the team and contribute to forward thinking strategies to reshape our approach to talent acquisition.You are a seasoned talent acquisition professional who thrives on the challenge of driving organisational change.
