Job DescriptionAs a MSFT/Linux Team Lead in Customer Operations, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for managing creative cloud solutions for our clients.
In this role, you'll provide technical leadership and support to your team members to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms.
You will be leading and mentoring a digital operations team, with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment.
Your expertise in cloud infrastructure—particularly Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure—will be essential.
A positive, can-do attitude, combined with strong people management, planning, and communication skills, will be key to your success.
You should have a proven track record of collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships.
You will work closely with other operations staff, engineering and client services to ensure cloud services are available 24 x 7.
