You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, management and execution of the Program, including three key projects: Cyber Risk Management Evolution, Information Security (IS) Management and Regulatory Compliance.As Program Lead, you will foster teamwork and stakeholder alignment while overseeing program delivery through a collaborative model with a Cyber Leadership Team representative and their Product Owner.
Your key responsibilities include:Adopting governance standardsPrioritising work strategicallyManaging resources and monitoring performanceDriving continuous improvement through quarterly retrospectivesMaintaining the Program roadmapFacilitating 90-day planning cyclesSupporting the successful operation of Portfolio / Program Steering MeetingsCo-designing and delivering programs to achieve the North Star Cyber Product OutcomesWhat you offer7+ years' experience in Cyber Security, Information Security or Program Management with recent exposure to projects within the institutional banking or financial services industriesProven experience with Risk Management FrameworksExperience with risk profiling, cyber controls and metrics is an advantageAdept at handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within a challenging business environmentStrong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusionWe are committed to providing a working environment that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
