About the Role: Lead recruitment, benefits administration, policy development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and optimising HR processes for efficiency.Manage administrative staff performance, oversee day-to-day office functions (facilities, supplies), and implement policies aligned with organisational goals.Foster a positive company culture, address employee needs, and implement strategies that reflect the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.Assist with operational tasks, meetings, and day-to-day management, while ensuring continuity of operations and office support during staff absences.Identify and address operational redundancies, implementing security measures to protect assets and data.Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments to meet organisational needs.Provide backup support for office functions, ensuring continuity during staff absences.To qualify for this role you are expected to have: Experience in the Real Estate industry will be highly regarded.Bachelor degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related fields are highly desirable.Demonstrated HR management experience ESSENTIAL.Leadership, problem-solving, strong communication, organisation, and proficiency in HR software (Microsoft Office, property management systems).Mandarin-speaking skills are essential.Experience in office management or operations, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency optimisation.Strong analytical, problem-solving & interpersonal skills.What's In It for You?
