Position: Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our catering offerings.
While our business is predominantly focused on private clients, the Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our offerings to corporate clients, creating tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
Plan and direct food preparation and kitchen activities.
Develop innovative menus while adhering to quality standards.
Create a distinct offering for corporate clients to expand the business.
Estimate food and labour costs, ensuring profitability.
Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and supplier relationships.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Perform administrative duties, including payroll and time tracking.
Collaborate with management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Innovate seasonal recipes and ensure presentation standards are met.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume settings.
Culinary expertise with international cuisine knowledge.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent accreditation preferred.
Ability to manage budgets, monitor food costs, and ensure efficiency.
Excellent communication and team-building capabilities.
Experience in developing catering solutions for corporate clients is a plus.
