Job Description - Local MC Driver (DRI00002336) Description Followmont Transport is currently seeking highly motivated and passionate HC and MC Drivers to join our Eagle Farm Team.
With multiple vacancies due to new runs available, you would start as a full-time, permanent team member.
Operating a Semi or B-Double Tautliner to complete bulk multidrop pick-ups and deliveries throughout Brisbane, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and growing team.
The role: Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work - if desired.Starting at 9amAverage shift between 8 - 10 hours - Penalty rates on all overtime.Start as a full-time, permanent member of the team.Growing fleet with a mixture of Auto and Manual trucks.About you: Hold a current open HC or MC licence.Forklift licence beneficial, however not required.Required to pass pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen as well as a criminal history check.What's in it for you: Opportunities to progress into MC or linehaul positions with support from our accredited, on-site trainers.Generous overtime available with paid penalties.Opportunity to obtain forklift license through our internal Learning & Development Team.Staff benefits include employee assistance program and discounts for private health.Convenient Eagle Farm location - only minutes from the motorway entrance with parking available on site.Local work, be home every night and weekend.Followmont Transport is a passionate family-owned business 100% dedicated to service and maintain a hands-on relationship with customers, our people, and suppliers.
