BATHROOM SHOWROOM MANAGER Our client pride themselves on offering an exceptional selection of high end affordable bathroom fixtures, fittings, and accessories.
Their showroom is a haven for discerning customers looking to elevate their bathrooms with a superior and a diverse range.
They are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead their team and ensure an unparalleled shopping experience for their clients.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide superior customer service by assisting clients with product selection, design advice, and resolution of any issues.
Ensure a high level of satisfaction and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales performance by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet customer demand.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and functional showroom layout.
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth store operations, including managing budgets, handling cash, and maintaining accurate records.
Oversee health and safety compliance and ensure the showroom meets all legal requirements.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, local advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
Represent the showroom at industry events and networking functions.
Skills & Experience: Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in bathroom or kitchen environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage performance.
Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven experience in managing inventory, budgets, and operational processes efficiently.
Visual Merchandising: Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and experience in creating compelling product displays.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
Qualifications: Additional certifications or training in retail management or customer service are advantageous.
An understanding of the trade arena is desirable.
