Position Overview:
As the lead Psychologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of psychological issues. No two days will be the same in this role, as you will work closely with individuals and groups to develop tailored treatment plans that promote mental well-being and resilience.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions. Perform psychological assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs. Provide ongoing support and monitoring of clients' progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in psychology. Qualifications: Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA - (Not provisional) Relevant qualifications in Psychology (Master's/Doctorate). Experience in clinical practice (preferred but not essential). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
