We achieve this by providing the highest level of care and education, considering each child's interests, strengths, and individual learning needs.The OpportunityWe have a unique opportunity for a professional and reliable Family Relations Consultant with excellent communication skills to join our friendly head office team in Bondi.
You will be responsible for focusing on all new enrolment leads and ensuring that the service occupancy targets are met through the use of effective sales techniques.
Along with ensuring that enrolled families are assisted with enrolment enquiries throughout the duration of their time with Active Kids Group.Your duties will include but not be limited to:All administration tasks including enrolments amendments, welcome emails, and responding to parent enquiries.Be the first point of contact for potential new families via phone, email, and live chat.Booking potential new families in for Centre tours.Ensuring all enrolments and terminations are in line with policies and regulations.Maintaining external and internal waitlists.Liaising with families regarding account enquiries including fees and Child Care Subsidy entitlements.Following up on additional day requests and upselling of days.Actively working with the Family Relations and Marketing team along with Centre coordinators to ensure services and occupancy is aligned.Sales and maintaining occupancy.Skills and QualificationsFull Australian Working Rights.Current WWCC or willing to obtain.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Computer Literacy.Warm and enthusiastic attitude.Demonstrated integrity and passion.Previous experience in the Early Childhood industry.Qik Kids software experience preferred.What's in it for you?Be part of a close-knit, family-oriented business with a positive, supportive culture.Enjoy incentives for high performance and recognition of your efforts.Access ongoing professional development and support from an approachable, experienced team.We are looking for someone who is available to work between 4-5 days per week at our Head Office in Bondi.Apply NowIf this sounds like your ideal role, please apply via SEEK or email with your resume and cover letter attachedYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an Enrolments Administrator?Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?Do you have professional child care experience?#J-18808-Ljbffr
