Speech Pathologist PositionSuitable for clinicians of all experience levels.
New grads encouraged to apply
Join our new Paediatric Clinic in Pakenham.
You will join a national team of 50+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-8.
You will work with an amazing group of clients with varying complexity, communication, and swallowing needs, over a period of months or even years.
You will play an integral part in your client's personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals.
You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.
The type of assessments and interventions you will provide will include:
Communication AssessmentsSwallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) AssessmentsMealtime Management Plan development and reviewsAugmentative and Alternative Communication AssessmentsOngoing therapyYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.
You will have access to administration and IT support, high quality and validated Speech Pathology assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, the opportunity for clinical specialisation, as well as career progression.

You will be able to connect with dedicated Speech Pathology Learning and Development Managers who possess extensive clinical Speech Pathology experience.
This resource is in addition to the many Managers and Team Leaders we have on staff
Graduate ProgramsIf you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS' six-month tailored new graduate program.
This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
A few requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Speech PathologyRegistration or ability to become registered with SPAA car and licenceA National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing rolesA bit about us:ORS is one of the largest and fastest-growing national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia.
