About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team, based at either Yarraville or Scoresby .
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – Commercial, you will lead the delivery of accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making across CSR.
Key Responsibilities:
Business partnering
Decision support, in line with strategic direction for the business, across retail, sales and logistics Lead improvements to business processes and reporting efficiencies Monthly Reporting and Oversight:
Oversee month-end reviews, ensuring timely reporting and data integrity.
Monitor financial controls to ensure sound corporate governance What you bring to the role
CA or CPA qualified 5 years plus of relevant leadership experience.
Excellent communication, ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
SAP / Microsoft systems knowledge (preferred) Manufacturing, building and construction industry experience (preferred).
Collaborative and solutions focused behavioural style.
