What role will you play?
An experienced and inspirational Lead Pega Engineer focused on driving business outcomes through exceptional engineering.
You will have a passion for managing and leading a team along with a track record of mentoring engineers to help them achieve their goals.

We value customer focus and a deep understanding of the value of customer experience, human centred design and a product mindset.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills alongside strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders.

We have multiple opportunities to lead our Pega platforms across Deposit, Wealth Digital Loan, Business Banking Originations, Core, Collections and Payments.

What you offer Experience as a Lead Pega Solution Architect / Engineer providing technical expertise, design oversight and guidance to a team of Engineers.
Highly experienced in design, development, and implementation of Pega based solutions.
Highly experienced in conducting system architecture design to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Previous or current experience of providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Demonstrable experience leading a team in a DevOps model and experienced with continuous integration and delivery.
Familiarity with the latest features and capabilities in Pega, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
