As a Contract Manager, you'll ensure the operational and financial success of our school cleaning services portfolio.
You will lead a large team, promote a culture of safety, and focus on continuous improvement.
In this critical role, you'll work closely with clients to maintain strong relationships and foster business growth.
As a Contract Manager, you'll make a positive impact by:
Leading the contract team, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards Building and maintaining strong client relationships to explore new opportunities Focusing on quality, cost-efficiency, and performance priorities Creating a supportive environment by coaching and mentoring your team Managing safety and operational performance to ensure exceptional service delivery Serco is a place for you
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
