What you'll do As a Service Technician, you will ensure facilities management services to our customers are at the highest levels and ensure we operate as a Proactive, Responsive and Efficient service model.
Visit various stores to perform troubleshooting, identifying issues and servicing equipment.Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance works in accordance with planned schedules.Complete associated paperwork and reporting.Monitor replacement spare part inventory and recommend capital works to help reduce operational costs.Work closely with our facilities management, support and technical teams, store teams and our call support centre team.Work closely with construction teams including informing engineers, planning for replacements and assisting in prioritising capital works.What you'll bring Current QBCC Occupational Mechanical Services - Air Con & Refrig (Limited Design), QBCC Occupational Mechanical Services - Plumbing, Qualified Supervisor Certificate (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning) OR Endorsed Contractor Licence (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning), Arctic licence, Gas Work (Hydrocarbon) Licence, Drivers Licence and Energy Safe Restricted Electrical Worker's licence.Solid post apprenticeship experience including experience within the commercial refrigeration service and installation industry.Flexibility to work overtime, travel to various sites and to be on call as required (a shared roster system).A good level of computer literacy.An understanding of C02 systems, Emerson & RDM controls advantageous.What you'll experience A progressive and flexible 'work from anywhere' policy that gives you control over your work, life and wellbeing.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.An attractive remuneration package including base + super + Tool of Trade (vehicle, laptop, phone).A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including a competitive leave policy and 24/7 access to the Sonder app.Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
