Fire Services Engineer

Reporting directly to the Director in charge, this is an autonomous role that allows full interaction with clientele, project managers, and internal and external design teams to deliver the complete design documentation of commercial projects from day one to construction completion.
Included in the role are:
Full client briefingBudgetsReportingSketch design and full design documentationRepresenting the company throughout constructionYou will work with a dedicated multi-disciplined team to deliver various types of commercial projects.
A Victorian Building Practitioners certificate would be an advantage but not mandatory.
Included in the role for the right person would be a level of account management that would see you managing the day-to-day requirements of clients for projects you undertake.
You would be self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time in order to deliver and manage projects on time and in line with company quality expectations.
Included would be managing other internal disciplines to provide the complete building services design package for projects you undertake.
You will have a flexible and innovative approach to your work and work well in a small team environment.
From time to time, you may be required to assist other team leaders with design input for projects and lead by example, displaying a can-do attitude when satisfying the needs of projects and clients.
Good communication skills are required when communicating internally and externally with reports, presentations, and specification writing, etc.
Sufficient understanding of multiple disciplines to represent the company during general meetings, etc.
Required experience: Fire Services Engineering: 3 yearsGreat salary package and benefits are available based on skills and experience.
