As the iCatalyst group continues to grow, we're looking to add exciting new talent to our team who can bring with them a set of immediately applicable skills that support and contribute to our mission of providing customers with a great service and successful outcomes.
As an experienced ERP Project Manager based in Perth, Western Australia, you'll take ownership and manage all aspects of project delivery across scope, cost and resources from the scoping through to deployment and beyond across the entire Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
You will be part of and contribute towards a high performing Project Management Office to support digital transformation projects across our portfolio of customers.
What We Expect:The following is a brief list of primary responsibilities for this role:
Build positive and long-term working relationships with customers.Overall ownership across the delivery of D365 digital transformation implementation projects.Monitor and control project progress utilising key project management principles and supporting frameworks (Risk, Issue, Change Management, etc).Developing and managing project plans and schedules that support the iCatalyst delivery and governance framework.Be the champion for quality and delivery management across internal and external stakeholders.Ensuring team members have what they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.What We Are Looking For:Customer centric attitude, strong teamwork, flexible and positive 'can do' approach.Strong documentation, written and verbal communication skills.Resourceful, motivated to learn, and open to new ideas and technologies.A continuous improvement and growth mindset with a collaborative style.Ability to communicate closely with all stakeholders from c-level executives to the key users or subject matter experts.Ability to understand the long-term ('big picture') and short-term perspectives of situations.Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and constantly changing environment.Excellent leadership and motivational skills.Ability to work across multiple different types of projects in parallel.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise effectively for self and others considering multiple competing inputs and influencing factors.Possessing the following skills would be an advantage:10+ years' experience in managing digital transformation ERP projects.Experience in delivering D365 technologies.Azure DevOps or similar tracking or delivery toolsets.Worked in a consulting environment.Your application will include the following questions:
