We have an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Project Manager or Skilled HVAC Supervisor to join a well-established and busy Commercial HVAC and Electrical company. The projects you will manage day-to-day are small- to medium-sized commercial government installations and upgrades. The company covers the general Brisbane area and is growing rapidly; this is an exciting time to be a part of a great team moving into their next phase of growth. Training and upskilling are on offer for Skilled Supervisors and Technicians looking to take their next step into Project Management.
Job Details:

$120K - $130K/PA + Super, Phone, Laptop, Vehicle
Based in the Greenslopes area
Flexible work hours, Monday - Friday
Full-time permanent position
Commercial government and tier 2 projects
Upskilling, progression, and career development opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage Commercial HVAC projects to meet budget and timeframe deadlines
Coordinate design with Builders and Drafters, ensuring seamless integration
Liaise with Clients, Site Managers, and Installers for installation requirements and scheduling
Generate RFQs, conduct product and pricing research, and manage equipment delivery schedules
Ensure accuracy in schedules and drawings, addressing discrepancies

Job Requirements:

Qualified Project Manager, Supervisor, or Skilled HVAC Technician
Previous experience in HVAC project management or supervising, or as a HVAC technician all-rounder
Strong commercial background and experience with Government projects is viewed highly
Detailed understanding of construction processes, HVAC installation, and technical design capabilities is highly regarded
High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and strong written and verbal communication
Demonstrated leadership capability and effective communication skills
