About the role As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch.
Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at Community Bank Varsity Lakes.
The role is a Part-Time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
The roster is 60 hours per fortnight, from Monday to Friday.

You will bring:
Extensive experience in a customer service environmentDemonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales resultsAn ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephoneAn eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank differentExperience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essentialWhy us?
