About the Role: The Duty Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operations of the venue.
They will oversee the floor and F&B operations, managing everything from staff supervision to customer relations, and ensuring that all service and safety standards are upheld.
The Duty Manager will lead a team through peak service periods, support event execution, and address any challenges that arise, all while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
This position requires a strong leader who thrives in high-pressure environments, can make quick decisions, and knows how to motivate and manage a diverse team.
