The Role Manage the commercial and financial requirements for the project, with assistance from the PMAccurate & regular tracking of costs – target vs actualManagement of Subcontracts, including variations and progress claimsSubcontractor procurementMonthly cost reports and budget forecastingAssist with PCG meetings, programming and design as requiredBe a key contributing member of the project teamSystems implementation and improvementThe Person 2+ years as a lead/sole CA on Commercial projectsAble to work autonomously and have experience across every stage of the project - Procurement, claims and variation management, reporting, close-outExposure to project values of $25m+Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similarProficiency with common cost reporting and job management systemsTechnical building knowledge, understanding of trade packagesAble to negotiate and communicate effectivelyAnalytical, detail oriented and have strong commercial acumenThe Package Progression pathway to Senior CA / Project ManagerLearn and develop under highly experienced professionalsInterested?
