About Us

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and using cutting-edge diagnostic equipment in a supportive and balanced work environment.
We're looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team and contribute to our focus on patient care, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with frame selection and lens dispensing, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge.
Deliver exceptional sales results through patient engagement and expert advice on our extensive eyewear range.
Visual merchandising, maintaining appealing product displays that enhance the patient experience.
Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, rotation, and monitoring levels of key products.
Collaborate with the optometry team to support patient care, including specialty contact lens fittings.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in optical dispensing is preferred (several years ideal).
Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is nice to have, but not essential.
Strong sales focus, with an eye for visual merchandising and attention to detail in product presentation.
Experience in inventory management or willingness to learn.
A positive attitude, commitment to excellent patient care, and ability to thrive in a busy practice.
