In this role, you will spearhead day-to-day business insights and analytics support for the diverse cross-functional business units, encompassing supply chain, marketing, operations, and digital domains. Seize this chance to harness your expertise and drive impactful decisions within a thriving, forward-looking organization at the forefront of innovation.Key Responsibilities:Support the analytics team through the use of business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area for and methods of improving operations.Support in Marketing and Digital analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness and strategy.Partner with Operations in driving operations improvement through metrics and strategy.Oversee the customer survey program (NPS) and vendor management.Advises on and recommends desirable operational adjustments and interprets variance.Completes individual analytical projects in a satisfactory manner given abstract project guidelines.Implements analytical approaches and methodologies and assists in the interpretation of results.May collect and analyse external market data to provide benchmarks for comparison purposes.Presents findings to management for use in decision making and strategic planning.Cross-function collaboration with other departments within the company.Identifies areas of strategic focus and develops analytical approaches and methodologies.Job Requirements:Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field.Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Performs a variety of complicated tasks.Advanced SQL, R and Data Visualisation skills (preferably Power BI).Digital Analytics (Adobe) experience preferred.Capable of building complex SQL queries using stored procedures.Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a dynamic environment.Ability to work independently to assess and resolve issues.Ability to synthesize complex data/concepts and explain them simply and concisely to various levels of management.
